Move Modbus RTU Slave Data to DeviceNet Slaves
The 460MMDM moves registers and coils between up to 32 Modbus RTU Slaves and a network of up to 32 DeviceNet Slaves. It’s the perfect tool to get your Modbus RTU Slave data connected to your DeviceNet Slave devices.

How Do I Use the 460MMDM in My Application?
For Most applications the mapping is very straight forward. Modbus register and coil data is mapped to the DeviceNet Slave devices as DeviceNet data. DeviceNet data is mapped directly to your Modbus RTU Slaves as Modbus RTU data. Up to 125 registers of data can be transferred from your Modbus RTU Slave devices. No other deep understanding of either protocol is required to configure the gateway.

It really is that simple.

Why Use Real Time Automation as a Gateway Supplier?
The 460MMDM provides an option to connect your Modbus RTU Slave devices with your DeviceNet Slave devices. While there are certainly a number of other companies offering stand alone gateways, there is no one who provides the level of support and service that you receive from RTA.

When you call, a live person answers the phone. When you talk with sales, you will get honest answers and recommendations even if that means recommending someone else’s solution. When you get support, it is from an engineer who had a hand in the product’s development, and support doesn’t require a ticket or 24 hour wait. We are unashamed of the fact that we are a smaller company because that means you mean a lot more to us.

What our Customers are Saying

“I challenged a customer to get it working by the time I got back from his break room with a Coke and he indeed had it working when I got back. He then said, "It’s worth twice the price!"”

Eric P. / Kendall Electric

“Everything seems to be working as we imagined. Thanks for the great response time. I did not see any way to save the configuration other than screen shots, but the configuration did not get lost in the update. Thanks again, and you were a pleasure to work with.”

Kevin L. / Extol, Inc.
